Carbon Finance Model
Through global partnerships, HWO Energy Limited generates carbon credits from clean cooking activities. These credits are verified and traded internationally, creating a sustainable funding stream that allows us to distribute cookstoves at subsidized rates to the most vulnerable households.
Environmental Impact
Each improved cookstove reduces firewood consumption by up to 60%, significantly decreasing deforestation pressure on local forests. Reduced indoor air pollution also means fewer respiratory illnesses, particularly among women and children who spend the most time near cooking fires.
