About HWO Resort and Learning Center
HWO Resort and Learning Center is proud to announce its official registration as a Skills Training Provider (STP) under the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA). As of December 29, 2025, we are officially authorized to provide nationally standardized vocational training aimed at bridging the gap between local talent and international standards.
What is NSDA?
The National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) is a premier government body under the Chief Advisor’s Office of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Its primary mission is to standardize vocational training and ensure that the Bangladeshi workforce meets global quality benchmarks.
