Certified Skills. Recognized Nationwide: HWO Learning Center
As an approved Skills Training Provider (STP), HWO Learning Center delivers nationally recognized certification programs powered by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA). We currently offer Computer Operation Level 2, Computer Operation Level 3, and Driving Level 3, structured three-month courses designed to prepare students for real employment opportunities.
Unlike many institutions, eligible trainees receive a monthly allowance disbursed through verified banking channels, enabling students to gain industry-recognized skills while receiving structured financial support during their training period.
To remove barriers to certification, we have established the official examination venue at our Sreemangal center, eliminating the need for students to travel to Dhaka or other districts. At HWO Learning Center, we equip individuals with practical skills, formal credentials, and direct pathways to career advancement.

Initiated by our Founding Executive Director, HWO’s Improved Cookstove (ICS) program promotes fuel-efficient cooking solutions across rural communities. In partnership with Iceberg China, we have distributed high-efficiency cookstoves designed to retain heat, reduce energy loss, and significantly lower wood consumption.
Provided free of cost — with only a minimal delivery charge of 50 Taka, these stoves enable families to cook effectively using less fuel, reducing household expenses while contributing to lower deforestation and environmental impact. Through this initiative, HWO advances practical climate action, rural sustainability, and healthier cooking environments for vulnerable communities.
