In 2023, the entire core team and volunteers of the Human Welfare Organization (HWO) embarked on a field and strategy trip to the scenic and historic Teliyapara Tea Estate in Habiganj.

The trip was organized under the guidance of Founder Dr. Suramoni Singha. Aside from enjoying the natural scenery, the session provided space for reviewing clinic achievements, cookstove distribution goals, and NSDA vocational training centers in Sreemangal.

Our core volunteers, including Utsho Haobam (IT Lead), collaborated on planning the next phases of development ecosystem expansion.
